You can use three eggs for the single serving or four eggs for the two servings. It is advised not to cook over four eggs in the microwave as it may not cook well.

Keep the bowl with whisked eggs to microwave at the maximum temperature for about 30 seconds. Take out the bowl and stir gently with the fork and again, keep it inside the microwave for 30 seconds. Cook the egg and then turn the microwave off. The sandwich filling needs more cooking than the scrambled eggs you eat directly.

Add cheese to the eggs if you want an extra touch of taste. Cheese should melt into eggs and so add it to eggs just before the eggs get set. Cheddar, Parmesan, or some fresh goat cheese are great additions to the scrambled eggs. These are not very mandatory in making scrambled eggs.
